Customer Events & our Uni-Dosh reward scheme.
“When I started this business, I wanted to make sure that above all, we put our customers first. We can only achieve this by giving the best customer service as well as staying competitively priced.”
“But I also wanted to offer something extra for our customers, something special and rewarding, a little “thank you” for your business and support.”
So, we devised our very own Uni-Dosh scheme. Much like a lot of loyalty schemes out there, it is simply based on what you spend. Effectively we are giving you back 1%, which are converted into Uni-Dosh points. The added benefit with our scheme is that you can use them for almost anything. If we can buy it, you can have it, whether it be gift vouchers for your favourite shop, work accessories, home gadgets, holiday vouchers…. whatever you choose we will endeavour to obtain it for you.
Although the best way to use your points is for our great events…!
“We have had some great days, such as horse racing at Ascot, trips to Wembley to see England, West End theatre trips and plenty of golf, at home and abroad.”
However, every two years or so, we aim to do our Uni-Dosh luxury trip. It all started back in 2007, around 20 or so of us jetted off for a couple of nights in New York. This was followed by trips to Las Vegas, Dubai, and Venice. Last year, we took a group of 36 people back to New York and experienced a magical time in the snow-covered metropolis. These trips get everyone together for memorable moments, people forge great friendships, and we get a chance to know our customers even better. I personally find there is nothing better than having a great time with our customers and I get a feeling that they think so too.
Planning has already started on our next unforgettable ‘Unique’ trip……. I can’t wait to see you there!
