Unique Plumbing Supplies is an ethically run plumbing and heating merchant consisting of five dynamic branches in the Hampshire area, one of which incorporates a fantastic, modern and inspirational Bathroom Showroom.
It all started back in March 2004 when we opened our first branch in Eastleigh with just three members of staff. Each of us had been working in the industry for many years and so we had the experience and reputation within the trade to be able to secure a loyal customer base that values great service, within the first few months of trading.
The business grew rapidly and by April 2008 we expanded and opened our Hedge End branch in Southampton. Within a year we had transformed the mezzanine floor within it, into “Bathrooms by Unique” a bathroom showroom that works well for both our trade and retail customers.
In 2013 we opened our third branch in Romsey and seventeen years on and we are five branches strong and have a dedicated workforce of over twenty-seven employees. With a high level of key customer service, we have not only maintained our initial customers’, but we have also built a base of over seven-hundred that use us on a regular basis.
